As a co-founder and the Program Director of The Impowerment Group, Prince has more than 20+ years as a full-stack Senior Software Developer and Business Analyst with a demonstrable track record in Project Management, System Analysis, Design, and Integration.
Prince Hoff Jr. Bio
In 7th grade, Prince wrote (copied actually) and executed his first line of code, below, on his Commodore 64, from a book he found in his father's office.

That simple line of code ignited a spark that has led to his 20+ years of designing and developing desktop, mobile, web, and hybrid applications for e-commerce, digital forensics, and the healthcare industry.

Along with Michael Stephens and Fritz Harryson, Prince volunteered to coach the RI Pre-Teen football team, West Elmwood Intruders and later volunteered to coach the South Side Saints and The Mount Hope Cowboys football teams with Ernest Fennell where they won back-to-back championships.

However, his true passion is computer programming and igniting that spark in others, especially children.
