Michael A. Manzi Bio
Michael Manzi worked at Fidelity Investments for 17 years in various financial roles when he resigned as a Senior Director of Finance to form Broadmoor Realty Company in August 2013 and purchased several residential apartments. To date, he, directly and indirectly, owns 14 properties with a total of 45 units.
In August 2017, along with his wife Katerina, Halsted Property Management skills to outside clients. They currently manage 10 properties with a total of 20 units.
Michael Manzi became involved with The Impowerment Group to help people achieve their financial goals through real estate. He believes home ownership, specifically multi-family ownership, is a vital part of creating financial freedom. He will also offer financial counseling, and property management services and teach financial concepts courses.
